1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the user and RentForReel concerning access to and use of the RentForReel website, Brand Scout, free creator tools, community features and related services. By accessing or using any part of the service, the user confirms that these Terms have been read, understood and accepted. A person who does not agree must not use the service.
2. Eligibility and authority
A user must have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and must satisfy any minimum age requirement in the jurisdiction where the service is used. A person acting for a business, agency or other organization represents that the person has authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Accounts and account security
Registration information must be accurate, current and complete. The user is responsible for protecting account credentials, restricting access to the account and all activity occurring through it. Accounts may not be sold, transferred or shared in a manner that defeats access restrictions. Suspected unauthorized access must be reported promptly to RentForReel.
4. Limited right to use the service
Subject to compliance with these Terms, RentForReel grants the user a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable and revocable right to access and use the service for lawful creator business activities. No ownership interest is transferred. Rights not expressly granted are reserved by RentForReel and its licensors.
5. Acceptable use
The user must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, circumvent technical restrictions, copy or scrape substantial parts of the service, reverse engineer protected functionality, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, infringe third party rights, submit unlawful or deceptive material, or use generated content to facilitate fraud, harassment or unlawful discrimination.
6. User materials
The user retains ownership of original material submitted to the service. The user grants RentForReel a limited license to host, process, reproduce and format that material solely as necessary to operate, secure and improve the service and produce requested outputs. The user represents that submitted material may lawfully be used for these purposes and does not violate privacy, confidentiality, publicity or intellectual property rights.
7. RentForReel intellectual property
The service, including its software, interfaces, designs, databases, selection and arrangement of content, trademarks and proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to RentForReel and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No RentForReel name, mark, visual identity or product element may be used without prior written permission except as permitted by law.
8. Generated outputs and professional judgment
Pricing estimates, brand signals, suggested pitches, media kits and other generated outputs are informational tools. They may contain errors, omissions or assumptions and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, employment or commercial advice. The user is responsible for reviewing every output, confirming factual accuracy, obtaining necessary permissions and deciding whether an output is appropriate before relying on, publishing or sending it.
9. Fees and Founding Creator Access
Founding Creator Access is offered for a one time price of $49 to the first 1000 eligible creators, subject to availability and any checkout terms presented at purchase. It includes access to Brand Scout for the supported lifetime of that product without recurring subscription fees, Creator Community access while the community remains available and until it reaches 10,000 creators worldwide, 50 percent off selected future RentForReel tools, early access opportunities and eligibility for selected startup collaborations or ambassador opportunities based on performance. It does not transfer ownership of software, guarantee perpetual operation of any service, guarantee selection for an opportunity or include every future product without charge.
10. Third party services and opportunities
The service may reference brands, platforms, payment providers, websites or opportunities operated by third parties. RentForReel does not control and is not responsible for third party terms, availability, conduct, content or decisions. Brand signals are indicators only. No listing, score or communication creates an endorsement, agency relationship, offer of work or assurance that a brand will respond or enter a collaboration.
11. Service changes and availability
RentForReel may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, technical maintenance or product development. RentForReel does not warrant uninterrupted or error free availability. Where practicable, reasonable notice of a material reduction affecting paid access will be provided.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as available and as is basis. RentForReel disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. RentForReel does not warrant any particular commercial outcome, brand partnership, rate, audience growth, revenue result or response to a pitch.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RentForReel and its officers, personnel, affiliates and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or data arising from use of or inability to use the service. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user to RentForReel for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the user agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless RentForReel and its personnel from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses and reasonable costs arising from user materials, unlawful use of the service, breach of these Terms or infringement of another person rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results directly from wrongful conduct by RentForReel.
15. Suspension and termination
RentForReel may restrict or terminate access where a user materially breaches these Terms, creates security or legal risk, fails to pay an amount due or misuses the service. The user may stop using the service at any time. Provisions concerning ownership, generated outputs, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and dispute obligations survive termination to the extent required to give them effect.
16. General provisions
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective and the affected provision will be interpreted as closely as law permits. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. The user may not assign these Terms without written consent. RentForReel may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing or transfer of the relevant business. Applicable governing law and forum will be determined by mandatory law and the legal domicile identified by RentForReel in its formal business or checkout information.
17. Changes and contact
RentForReel may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational or product changes. The effective date will be revised, and material changes may be communicated through the service. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the contact channel published by RentForReel.
